RACINE — A Racine guy stands accused of trying to destroy the paternalfather of their wife’s child 19 times following the suspect’s launch from jail. Prosecutors stated the shots fired incident happened after having a conflict inside a Racine bar.

A unlawful complaint noted Hibbler’s history of beliefs and incarceration dating back once again to 2005. Prosecutors stated he had been released from jail on Aug. 13 — 19 times before this shots that are alleged event in Racine.

Based on the grievance, around 12:30 a.m. on Sept. 1, authorities taken care of immediately numerous reports of shots fired near GRC Sport Lounge on Douglas Avenue near Hubbard Street.
